Services for Industry

The Department of Colour Science has a long-established tradition of working closely with the colour related industries. The Department welcomes approaches from industrial partners relating to possible research collaborations.

Training

The Department of Colour Science was among the first departments of the University of Leeds to offer programmes by distance learning. Programmes are now available at both undergraduate (BSc) and postgraduate (MSc) levels, aiming to offer opportunities for professional development and life-long learning within the colour-making and colour-using industries.

Analytical facilities

The Department offers a commercial service of analytical work through Colour Science Analytical.

The Department is also the official host of the Digital Print Centre of Industrial Collaboration.
